We want you to be completely satisfied with the service you get from us.

We understand that you would like your goods as soon as possible so we aim to dispatch your order within one working day of it being placed (subject to payment clearance and stock availability). If there is going to be a delay due to stock levels or any other reason, we’ll let you know.

Delivery times are based on standard working days (i.e. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, etc.) We operate using the standard recorded postal next day delivery for the UK so we will need you to sign for your items. We do this so we can be sure you get them!

For European deliveries, the postage service is expected to take 3 working days; whereas, worldwide the expected delivery time is 5 working days.

If you are not entirely satisfied with our products or the service you receive from the Big Salty shop we would appreciate you doing the following:

Within 14 days of receiving your purchased items let us know what you are not happy about via e mail at We aim to reply within 24 hours to all enquiries.

If you wish to return products to us then please make us aware first before sending anything back. Please post returned items rather than deliver by hand.

Providing goods are returned undamaged we will happily refund or exchange. Please note that customers are responsible for paying for the return of goods that they are unsatisfied with.

Refunds, should they be required, will be sent via paypal, upon receipt of goods returned in a suitable condition.
